Research Description
My research involves extensive field collections, and the combination of traditional taxonomic methods with state-of-the-art molecular techniques to enhance our understanding of the global diversity, distribution, and evolutionary history of Fungi. Additionally, I’m interested in conducting research that investigates the role of fungal communities in nutrient cycling and ecosystem resilience.
