Research Description
My research delves into maize yield mechanisms, particularly the interplay between quantitative traits and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF). I use genetics, genomics, and computational methods to study how AMF colonization influences maize yield, especially in plants infected by maize streak virus (MSV).
